I have never been a big fan of Halo despite being a massive xbox fan from the very beginning. The problem with Halo is it is really nothing special. It is beaten by many other fps games from every perspective. As a shooter, the gunplay is no where as solid as say Doom or Wolfenstein The New Order. The storyline is borderline stupid and makes no sense whatsoever. As for the characters they are all 2D, no personality whatsoever. I don't know why Cortana is such a beloved character and please don't get me started on the chief... As a sci-fi game, the universe is nowhere as beautiful as say Mass Effect, Deux Ex. As for the multiplayer, its basically COD except with vehicles and more bulky characters that take longer to kill. In terms of graphics, it has got to be a strong contender for borderline. I've seen PS3 games which look better than Halo 5, this is completely unacceptable... The question is:

The gameplay sucks

The Storyline sucks

The characters suck

The graphics suck

But why is it one of the most popular franchises?

I honestly do not understand how you console gamers can play any shooter below 60fps. Even 60fps is slow for a shooter which needs to be played at the very least 80fps on a high refresh rate monitor. Although 4K is very incredible, I would personally take frame rate and panel type ie. IPS or OLED over resolution.

The Xbox One was the biggest flop in the history of gaming consoles, I cannot believe Microsoft is bothering to release an updated version of it. What was the saying? You can't polish a turd.

I've used this case before, definitely a superb quality case for such a low price. The only thing I didn't like was the top of the case, looked a little bit cheap.

Ideally I would get the new models but rumour has it those HDR 200hz panels don't come cheap, we're looking at around 2000USD which I can use that amount to get an Acer x34 as well as a 55" Sony HDR TV. How much would you think the new X35 would cost?
