Tarnished Coast is the game's unofficial RP server, so it's mainly adults in there and a very enjoyable experience

1. Fallout New Vegas - So many wyas to play this game, I am on my 8th playthrough right now.

2. Anno2070 - I have over 200 hours on this game, probably 3/4 that is singleplayer the other coop with a friend. Amazing game that never gets boring to me in continous mode. Also the latest expansion pack called DEEP OCEAN is wicked to.

3. Galactic Civilization 2 and or Fallen Enchantress - If you like Civilization you should enjoy these two games from Stardock, very simialir but I like em slightly more.

4. Total War Shogun2 and its expansion packs - Have over 200 hours on this to, and like anno the continous style mode can be played ove rand over and its different every time. Also can be plaeyd in coop campaign with a friend. Great singleplayer, good coop.

5. Gothic 2 - Another rpg that I have beaten a good amount of times (4 time) and still enjoy playing it.

On Fallout New Vegas is there any DLC good for just starting out?

Sacred has a lot of things to do but can get boring after awhile

If you're gonna look at reviews at all from sites, look at ones that specialize in that paiticular genre, not mainstream sites like Gamespot, Ign and crap like that.

And if you're gonna look at users opinions, look to ones that have similar tastes in games that you do.

sites like Gamespot and Game spy and others seem to give low reviews to most adventure games but the adventure game sites give totally opposite reviews..Who to believe before buying an adventure game

I have a fairly high end PC, running Windows 7 with no issues. I just HATE Windows 8 to the core, even more than Vista. I can't even recognize its a Windows OS, because of such significant (and unnecessary) changes. Its really good for tablets/touch screens, but for a desktop the Metro UI is joke, and not at all user friendly. I just hate those ugly, different sized, colored tiles splattered all over my screen. I will never use it until I'm forced, and that too will use a ton of apps to make it behave like Windows 7. So I just want to know, how long will it be before Windows 8 become the minimum requirement to run a game? Windows XP, released in 2001, supported almost all modern games until 2010. Its only now that a mjority of games have the minimum requirement as Windows Vista. So how long can I survuive with Windows 7, until a game is released which runs only on WIndows 8 or above? I want to know this so that I can be "mentally prepared" to put up with such a horrible OS (the OS isn't horrible, only the interface is) when the time comes.

Thanks..I was thinking of trying it..no more though!
