$20 bucks off the hd-dvd player and they sold a nice amount. and people are only saving 20 bucks.

My cousin just recently bought the 360 and as of right now his in the process of calling microsoft..I told him not to buy it and he just wont listen...ps3gen

PS3 is going to benefit from this delay. Now it's going to have MGSIV and GTAIV at the same time. While before it was GTAIV PS3 up against GTAIV and Halo 3 for 360. Obviously the 360 will dominate this holiday season with Halo 3 anyway, so having GTAIV/MGSIV for early 2008 is pretty good for PS3.

I don't really care about that though, I just really wanted to play GTAIV this year...

Never knew miyamoto said that, it a very popular quote. getting frustrated or mad over something you cannot control is just stupid. I have and will continue to have lots of games to play. Not only that but I have a real life. A game being released later than expected will not change a thing in the real world except rockstars stock value. The game will eventually get released and I will enjoy it just as much then as I will now. It's really no big deal

I agree, I think UT3 will be the only AAA.

Haze, HS, Uncharted, Ratchet will be AA. That's cool with me though. GS gives a lot of fantastic games AA (MGS, MGS3, SOTC, ICO etc).

It is a strong lineup though. 4 "great" games, and one terrific one. Plus, a few multiplats (Assassin's Creed, Burnout 5 etc).

But you have to admit, 3 AAA games are better than 1 and 3 AA, so the point is ps3 will suffer more with the delay

PS3 has Haze, UT3, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, Lair and Ratchet and Clank. No Halo, but it's still a strong Christmas lineup.
