xbox360 doesnt use straight up direct x9c it's a custom api, alot of features microsoft built/ati into 360's api havent even been put to use yet.

plus xbox360 dev's have to worry about their games fitting on the disk, unlike ps3 lol.

What makes ps3 hard kinda it, like john carmack said, the spu's and the ppe in cell use 2 different tool/sets and memory restrictions.

Those are the biggest gripes period.

ps3 is similar to pc, in how the memory is split, pc's dont have unified memory like 360.

ps3 cpu is similar to pc, because it has a general purpose core but 360 has 3 so cpu more like regular pc , but also 6 synergestic processing units which are really fast not at general purpose stuff , but decent for shading/physics.

unreal 2 the awakening developers released a online gameplay mode xmp xpanded multiplayer , well the devs/legend entertainment went out of business so they shut down the ingame masterserver.

you cant find servers within the game anymore from a list, because the server used to gather list is shut down.

but on this link i can still play unreal 2 online, gamespy arcade shows 3 servers running there's more than that around the planet but you gotta set server so gamespy finds it i think.

but still long after games supposibly dead still play it, people still play unreal 2 but never on servers listed on gamespy, mostly private ip's found on forums.

The 931 and -10 errors where somewhat common in the beta in the most stressed periods but where fixed by the end, so they can probably fix it fast.DarkCloud79

That dude was just playing killzone2 online and messed up on him, he got the 10 error code lol disconnected from psn.

console gaming fail, i never had any problems playing pc games online ever in my 15+ years pc gaming.
