It doesn't matter, Xbox Live can go down 5 times or even 10 times and the combined time still wouldn't be as much as PSN's one time. Microsoft can bring their network back up relatively quickly where Sony takes an entire day. Also when PSN goes down it usually affects EVERYONE, where the number of people affected by XBL often aren't many.
