well although the ps3 is quite its not mute. of course you will still hear it making noises. i doubt its anything serious unless the noise is really loud. mabey it is an overheating problem. honestly that rarely occurs on the ps3. sometimes i leave my ps3 on for a whole day and nothing happens. mabey ur ps3 is scratching disks. i doubt it tho.

Considering all the people that come here as new [insert console here] owners, you're one of the first to obviously do your homework on the console you purchased.

You have a good game lineup planned for yourself there. I would suggest (unless you're not into it) looking into some racing games too. GT5P if you're a simulator fan, or GRID if you're more casual in racing.

well what can i say. welcome to the ps3 community. it's a good choice to get mgs4 bundle. honestly i dont think that you need resistance 1 now cuz resistance 2 is coming out. but its ur choice. i gutta say it's an amazing game tho. i think that another game that u should check out is call of duty 4. its pretty sick.
