Well, the depth of the bad impression of someone is directly proportional to the number of bad words about him. Since you described the pourer with more words, we have a worse impression of him than the drinker. Therefore, your bias is in your failure to maintain detail neutrality.I have heard that my original was completely biased on the part of one party. I used "loaded language" and lead people to believe that one of the two parties was right and that the other was wrong.
For the sake of objectivity, I want say that I was considered to be favoring. But do you think the original post created bias, and if so who for?

I've witnessed the "system optimization". The process effectively involves only installation/uninstallation of some programs that came with your computer.
The drivers handle the hardware accelerations, the OS handles how the drivers work. The standardization of the computer industry means there's nothing to optimize unless you want to write new drivers and firmware for your machine, which is something the hardware manufacturers look after and is far beyond the limit of capability of those undertrained employees.
It's another scam, like calling on-board video cards "integrated graphics". Ask those dudes exactly what they are doing next time, or I'm going to open my own "optimize your computer" store and become extensively wealthy.
