Well, there's nothing interesting on local TV tonight and I love movies and Oscars (even if it's sometimes pretentious and you feel like winners are decided a long time ago). So, tonight, I decided I'm gonna comment the Oscars winners (I like comment winners in awards presentation as you saw loll).
So, in some hours, it starts ! Still, I don't know how Ellen DeGeneres is going to do 'cause I've never watched her show.
The GameCube console is dead. Whitout confirming it, Nintendo had almost say recently that they weren't producing GameCube anymore. Are we really surprised ? No. In fact, the console is dead since last spring. Not much new interesting games except Twilight Princess who was the last.

Even if Saturday night was great, unfortunately, I couldn't play with my friends for a while because the computer I was onto was really old and I couldn't join people on Neverwinter Nights. In fact, I could join them but the game was such lagging. Bad thing 'cause I wanted to try it and it's great in multiplayer. So, we played a little game but not for too long 'cause it was late.
However, next day, we tried Rayman on Wii. Funny, really funny. I couldn't play much because we were four and people wanted to unlock some things instead of playing multiplayer. So, we player one after each other.
Today, my friend is back from his training for the week-end and tonight, a bunch of friends and I will do a LAN, probably UT 2004 but I hope we'll try something else because we've done a lot of UT and Battlefield 1942 LAN, so... I'm looking in my collection what kind of game could be good in LAN... So, have a nice day and see ya ! I'll prepare myself for tonight !
Sorry, but can't write much. 65 cm of snow fell on the ground so we have to shovel it. It all happened in the last 24 hours (maybe we should have called Jack Bauer... lol). And I can say it's cold: with the wind factor, the temperature is about -29. So, it's not like you feel to shovel. And it's funny because I saw children having fun in the snow and I ask myself: why, as adults, we don't continue to wear big winter gear like children do ? I mean we're wearing just a winter coat and boots (sometimes wearing a cap or a hat) but children are wearing big suits made for winter. I know it's long to put this on, but we couldn't swear about winter wearing those big suits. My opinion...
We call ourselves as a people of the North, knowing how to deal with winter but when winter strikes... We must say it's the first storm of this winter (which is abnormal 'cause normally there is always one in the last days of December or in January), but we aren't so much more equipped than USA when it happens. So, we don't have to laugh about states in USA who got snow and aren't used to it. However, it was kinda funny to see Californians doing a "What the hell are we supposed to do ?" face when looking at snow, ice and cold in their state.
Sometime, you're asking yourself why you can't do anything against evil-doers... I got a phone call two hours ago from a friend of mine who's in training. Robbers entered his apartment and took things very expensive things like DVD players, video games consoles, video games, TVs, portable computer, etc. :(
A real sad news. Of course, there are other type of bad news who're worse like a fatal disease, a car accident, etc. But it's sad and sadder because the police force will not be able to stop the robbers. Not enough clues to continue an investigation. But they got insurances, thanks God !
Funny thing tough (we have to find one): the robbers got every PS2 games but not a single GameCube game (even if they went with the console).
