@frozenux @urbansys @LiquidGold does that change the fact it comes with it regardless? Personally my wife and I use the xbox 360 kinect a lot. If i remember correctly the PS 3 was 500 dollars for nothing extra and still sold well...

Until we see what the higher latency does, than your thread means nothing. Also the ddr3 bandwidth is more than enough. Until we take full advantage of that, it was a safe bet on MS part.

Lover no. I'll buy both as ill want exclusives both. But I am also a realist who tries to be reasonable. The hate for xone is 100% unwarranted. Both system are nearly identical.

Btw GDDR 5 is faster but very unproven as system memory and I hope it does not backfire on Sony. Anyhow DDR3 is still fast for today's software so it's not a plus to have unproven memory because having it and putting it to application are 2 very different things.

You ps4 lovers crack me up. When it was announced that the xone had 3gb for the OS, you were tootin that PS4 horn. Now that we learn that PS4 has less memory for gaming and not even confirmed a working cloud system for gaming, your all like oh 4.5gb is plenty to game with!

I am enjoying these comments. Either way even 4.5gb is plenty. I'm still concerned about using GDDR 5.
