@M3o5nster @usmfan84 @Devil_wings00 @GH05T-666 @erMonezza I won't blindly follow them either. I bought D3 and was completely disappointed. However after reinstalling that game a year after release it was much better. Blizzard isn't the same company, but hopefully they can make changes.
As far as ViVi and SE. Well they are making a lot of changes so hopefully they will right the ship. I haven't been into MMO's since 2006 (WoW and XI), but FFXIV: ARR looks great and is headed by a very passionate man.
@OuTLaWzG4m3r How is SC2 watered down? That game is doing and did great. Even if MMO's are outdated "garbage", WoW still has over 8 million subscribers who pay $15 a month to play which makes it the biggest MMO by far, 10 years later.
I truly believe that Diablo 3 was a test model for Titan instead of an actual Diablo 3. I believe that Titan was going to be a F2P model but with the RMAH. Well we all know how that turned out. Blizzard regrets putting it in since it has failed hard and now have to rework their whole model.
It's called my opinion. So I do have an idea what I am talking about. I do have a brain, which I use. Apparantely mine works correctly since I do not get all upset over a video game delay.
@Devil_wings00 @GH05T-666 @erMonezza @usmfan84 I still stand by that Blizzard puts out quality games compared to other games, even if they don't meet our standard. Blizzard has made such great games in the past, that it is hard for them to live up to their own expectations sometimes. However, I do agree with you guys somewhat. I personally will be playing FFXIV: ARR.
This is what I've always liked about Blizzard. If they feel the product isn't up to par, they don't release it (except for D3, but blizzard has pushed real hard to change that game and they've done a great job updating it). Most companies would release the game anyway for a quick cash grab. Blizzard still has standards.
I've enjoyed many "6" games before. I believe most of us believe that sixes can be fun, but in today's economy where games are usually $50+ brand new, we would rather save that money for a higher quality game 8.0 and up. Those 6.0 games can be played a year later, at a much cheaper price.
