Exactly i live in alabama in the country and i dnt even have the luxury of having high speed internet where i live so no patches for me :( i already dropped 80 bucks on this game for the strategy guide bundle now im worriedILiveInSkyrim

You can still use a dial up connection but DAMN is it gonna take a long time like "I'm gonna go read The Stand and hope the download is finished by the time I'm done reading". Well, okay it's not quite as long as The Stand but the download is still gonna A LONG FRIGGIN TIME

Just started a new playthrough on Oblivion...I have less than a month to beat it and enjoy it before Skyrim comes out. Not only that, but i am also reading some of the in-game books again so i can enrich my Elder Scrolls World knowledge.

Anybody else playing Oblivion at this very moment?

HA, that's sounds about right playing 6 hours a day EVERY DAY for thirty days straight.

Here's the skinny it's a great game BUT the last half hour "falls off the rails like a crazy train" and to qoute Adam Sessler "THIS GAME HAS THE WORST ENDING I HAVE EVER SEEN"

the shop,school,house and libairy in Condemned disturbed me so much simply because of they guys hiding in the mannequins or the small guys that dont attack till you turn around to face them.

also cant go without a mention of bioshock

Yeah, Condemned was the first title I played on my 360 I played it with the lights off and then 2hrs later I TURNED THE LIGHTS ON PARANOID AS HELL

Just beat it, really unimpressed. Love this game for its multiplayer. Yet, really can't believe how terrible the campaign overall has been. 1 wasn't that great, and it blew 2 away imo.

edit: the story i thought was good not great. But the development and certain plot points were done soo porly. Not to mention Marcus, still unlikeable after 3 games tsk tsk. Gameplay though was really repetitive at some points, and with teh turrets it was just awful.

Overall out of 10 this campaign is a 6.5 for me. maybe 7 on a good day.

He says it's so good, he's willing to be me 100$ that it will be GOTY. His original pick was Skyrim. But I've heard Gears of war 3 has got some extra polish in it this time around. Could it really make this much of a difference, he even hated the previous Gears games. I asked him where he got it though, he said 7/11. What do you think?SpiderBro

If he truly bought it at a 7/11 then someone at the store went to a bit-torrent site, downloaded a copy of the STOLEN Gears of War beta, and either way HE'S A FOOL because the beta could have done anything to his 360 from bricking it to damaging save files from other games. Not to mention the laws he's breaking just by owning STOLEN PROPERTY it's true there is a slim chance a geniune shipment of the game was recieved by the store but that still lands him legal trouble because the store broke street date to sell the game which might also result in his XBL account being banned.

My charactor ended up killing Mr. House & helping The Machines take over New Vagas after he was already declared ENEMY #1 by the NCR and that JERK Caeser kicked him out of the Legion for helping the NCR raid a strategic Legion outpost. REMEMBER neither The Legion nor The NCR will attack your charactor if your dressed as one of them which comes in handy during key parts of the game.
