From what the Screen Test script says, yes it will be based in WW2 and Namor is going to be in the movie. Of course Bucky as well from what I know so far.

Ever see the movie Sunshine? I wouldnt say he is an awful choice. Compared to the other actors that were doing screen testing for cap, he will do.
