@domiddian: You really can't understand why remakes don't count?? OK, consider this, assume no new IPs will be created anymore, in fact, NO NEW GAMES AT ALL. Just remakes...how long would you continue to game?? One generation, if that? If there is nothing new, there is nothing to play and with nothing to play the console becomes useless. It's not because the game is also on a PS3, remakes don't count because they don't bring anything new.

As for the Halo and Gears remakes, first of all, these are the only franchises where a remake DOES count because these games are that good. Secondly, $60 for the Master Chief Collection is a tremendous tremendous tremendous deal.
