It is a very nice laptop, at least for the people willing to spend this much on one. Its extremely powerful and can run just about any game you throw at it on very good settings, so if you got the $ I'd say go for it.
@MetalDogGear Nvidia is more powerful but Radeon makes for better rigs that are on a budget. You really have to spend a LOT for Nvidia to be worth it, but if you got the cash, Nvidia is amazing, their is no doubt.
@zzamaro I don't think that was EXACTLY what he said, but more or less ya. But still, Major Nelson seems like a good guy (even Joe said so) and I think he might of just been smiling for the camera.
It is like he is progressively building his way up the most evil videogame companies in the industry. Before you know it he will be the head of Satan's own video game development studio.
Ya... of course. Either your demo is good and people deem it good enough rather than getting the game, the demo is shit and people don't get it or the demo is good and people get it. Only 1 scenario where it turns out good for developers. In the end, demos (from a development standpoint) are a terrible idea, even if its a great game.
@Vict95 Well, the initial cost of a console is a little more than an equal PC rig, yes, but there is no online fee (50-60 bucks a year) and games are MUCH cheaper (50%-85% off on Steam sales, even more if you buy a bundle on sale. Not to mention GOG, Greenman and Amazon or even the Humble Bundle). So, unless you plan on buying one or 2 games every year (the Call of Duty gamer approach), your going to save a lot of money on PC.
