Counter Strike is a horrible game (due to its community) Also you can't relate counter strike skills to TF2 skills.

Well I was able to run BFBC2 at max with 4AA and 8AF at a stable 35+ fps on my 9800GT so it might be your CPU (Dual core right?)

Uh yes, your card is horrible. There's no way you're running APB, it's very demanding, period.

Could anyone suggest me a good GPU for about 170$? My 9800GT's fan broke and I'm trying to get it refunded however it've been a suspiciously long time from when I sent it back to get a new one, the store I bought it from doesn't even sell that card anymore so I might just ask them to refund me. And by the way don't suggestions at newegg and such, I live outside of the US (In Denmark, actually)

You should be able to play it over LAN, yes.

It's hard getting something proper for free when it comes to video editing software, I would recommend trying to find a cheap copy of Sony Vegas (Thought it's probaly what you got recommended on yahoo) It's the best of the best, a little hard to work with in the start when you're using WMK but you'll learn it.

It's a bug, just let it update it shouldn't be 3 gigs at all. If it however takes a long time to update (Like 3 gigs would) Just restart steam.
