I am at Beast and the harlot on expert now. i have not failed a single song yet, but they are getting much harder. i hope I can keep on without failing. But i just know I will finish GH2 on expert!

Institutionalized will not be as much of a problem to pass really. But It will stil be hard. I have alrady beaten it on quick play mode and i got a BAD SCORE. 3 stars 74%

Misirlou will be one hell of a challenge. i am NOT good at double stumming. So this one i have a very good feeling i will fail a few times.

Hangar 18 will take a lot of work, but I have already practiced it, so I just need to give it my all

Freebird....... this song is the one that will put me to the test, I better hope i have repeated notes down well. And its length willl kill me. But that and these ohter four songs are all that stand in my way.

I have made a list of the top ten bands that have really impacted my music veriety and perspective. lets give it up for these top 10.

10. White zombie

Simply put, White zombie (and i am also including rob zombie by himself here) is a band that you really got to give a good listen to. Otherwise on first perspective White Zombierob Zombie would seem too demonic to handle and would be a bit of a bad cut away right? Well no not really. WZ is acually a very good band at heart. With very sick and awsome metal riffs that will make you wish you got to listening to this a long time ago.

9.Gorillaz

Yep. the animated genre-mix band is acually one of my fan favs. They sound great in some songs cause they have the ability to blend such different sounds together and make excellent albums out of them! at the same time, the songs are catchy yet sometimes dark and morbid when boiled right down to the point. If you love rockrapdancehell anything, you should give gorillaz a listen for once. they are good.

8. blue oyster cult:

You got to love them. don't fear the reaper,burnin for you, and one of my favorites, GODZILLA! They made them. they have awsome guitarists, and their music is very fun to listen to. They are different, but they are good. They were first intended to be a metal band, but they still are one of the better bands around..... but not as good as some of the next seven.

 7:The white Stripes: They are different, but they are good nonetheless. They are unique and fun to listen to. And some of their songs are very cool. Namely seven nation army. if oyu want to hear a good two person band, look no further                     

6. Nirvana: First of all, rest in peace Kurt Cobain. And second and possibly more importantly, Nirvana changed rock forever. They have some of the greatest musicians evr known all in one band. I believe that it is mandatory that you have bought a cd of this band just so you realize what is rock. This is what rock what was ment to be, the best way to just scream your anger, your angst,your problems, your creativity,your musical side, out until it sells like you will sell your talent to the public. But if that was true, Cobain would still be here. Oh well. They are not the greatest out of this list, but it is acually pretty darn close.

5. Megadeth:

None other. Megadeth has some of the best guitarists, the best sounds, the best of many worlds. They play metal,they play the rock,they play some real mindblowing music at times. They play things that you really will like at first listen, and they put the R in ROCK. Try listening to Hangar 18 without having your mouth open at the sheer talent of Dave Mustaine, Megadeth's guitarist\guitar god. Or maybe Symphony of distruction is more of your taste? Of course, who doesn't like it?

4.Metallica:

Ah yes. this band is probably one of the most incredible in my book. They have such awsome and commandingly raw rock riffs that will have you banging your head in no time. There are few Bands that compare to metallica. hatfield ulrich has a voice of command and control like no other. And Metallica is a force of rock that few bands have yet to top. but these bands have not been beat for me. But they all seem to rank equally, but some just seem to have a bigger impact on my mistening pleasure. congratulate the final three.

3. Ozzy Osbourne\Queens of the stone age tie along with Red hot chili peppers.

These bands are just some of the greatest sounds rock has had to offer. Ozzy has the most awsome voice ever, he has some of the best songs ever, and he is the Prince of Darkness for Damnation sake! He ROCKS. And Queens of the Stone age? They are really what define a band. I have not heard such a fun and excellent band like them before. they have really talented musicians,and they have become my favorite among favorites really quickly. red hot chili peppers are just plain awsome. I love the way they play their music, and one of my favorite guitarists is in this band: John Fruscante. I can't really dicide my true fav out of these three, but they all have equal potential.

2. System of a down

There is no beating them. they are the greatest band sense ever. I have yet to find a band that has givin such power and creativity and expression like this. Their guitarists are sick, they are just damn awsome. The band is nothing like what you think they are, they are not cheap rip offs with good guitarists and bad singers or pointless songs. NO! They are the very root of all music and politics. They have formed to tell you the truth. And trust me, they are REEEEAL GOOD. Their music will push your senses beyond what is a band. And this is just not a band, this is a BAND.

1. Led Zeppelin: It brings together some of the best of all worlds: Jimmy page- Guitar god, John Bonham-Drummer legend, Robert plant_voice of perfection. It brings some of the best songs: Achillies last stand, no body's fault but mine, immagrent song, no quarter,kashmir, and so many others. the band has been this good sense the 70s. So they deserve this ind of merit.

1. Pink Floyd: same thing. Just replace led zeppelin with pink floyd. They are unmatchable. too hard to discribe.

I watched snakes on a plane and jackass 2. And man, they were good movies, with jackass being the better. Snakes on a plane was a fairly good movie. It had tons of violence, suspence, Samuel L. jackson, snakes (DUH), and the best of all? the big line evryone wants to hear: I AM TIRED OF THESE M***********G SNAKES ON THIS M*******G PLANE. Jackass 2 was just about as funny as number one, tenfold. it was hilarious on a deadly degree. But we got the unrated version, so it was just as obsene as the original. And about Guitar hero one and two, i am currantly trying to beat GHone on expert, andi am trying tyo beat Gh2 on hard. i am doing well so far. And i am on my way to getting even better. And the game bully is turning out to be a lot of fun. i am at the part where it is Haloween and... well ican't remember right now. i also made a Mortal kombat animation and i am also making on e right now about MK2. So right now my break is going great. keep gameing! Verdugo-

So yeah, i need a lot more practice.

i am getting better, and i manged to try jordan on Expert..... that is insane. i can't even get through further than 13%! Jordan on medium seemed just a bit easier cause i got 4 stars on it.

My Guitar hero games have arrived and man it is extremely fun! i have just completed the game (number one) on carrer mode on medium. i have yet to complete an expert song, but I shall practice as much as i can. and an extra surprise for christmas, i recieved Bully! i have yet to play that but it looks like a lot of fun. i am so happy now and for the record I Have not manged a higher score than 4 stars. Cause i kinda suck lol. But like I said i must try harder! Now i am going to go try out Guitar hero 2. see ya later!

I would like to say that i am glad the PS3 and WII launches have gone so well. I hope people are having fun with them and such. I might not be getting one till much longer. also, I just wanted to shout out that I have 50+ reviews and more than 500 posts and 4 badges for my profile. The Year has gone by so fast its scary, but i am proud to say that this year I joined gamespot about 5 months ago. And i am glad to be where i am now. At level 12 going on level 13 in about 2 days give or take. I am getting Guitar hero and Guitar hero 2 for christmas along with an I pod dock and money:D. I am enjoying Gamespot's best and worst of 2006, and i am going to vote the minute i egt the chance (GEARS OF WAR!, MARIO, OBLIVION!, DUNKIN DONUTS!) Anyway, i hope that evryone here on gamespot has a great christmas month and a happy new year. AND WITH YOUR COMMENTS, POST WHAT YOU THOUGHT WAS THE BEST OCCURANCE OF 2006.
