okay, i was wondering if it was possible to build a $300.00 pc from www.newegg.com i already have the os and the harddrive (low budget i know)

when ever i look i just dont no really what to get (dont no much about computers) i just need some suggestions on parts and ill just have my uncles friend put it together for me.
