@davillain-: I don't know much about that since i didn't play syndicate, but i know that unity was extremely CPU intensive due to the large number of npc's. The Xbox having a slightly faster CPU gave it a slight edge in terms of performance.

3) I didn't say you were "consuming" anything. The liabilities you cited are paid for by the label and in no way are put up against the assets of the band.
