I have $700 dollars to build a computer, but I can get a couple hundred more if it's needed. Also, I have a moniter an OS, and will be playing at 10*7. I want to play games like Oblivion on Medium-High. And lastly, I will be overclocking the CPU. So, can anyone help me?

It's 280 watt, but because of the case size the power supply and graphics card are smaller or something. I found a 7600 GS Low Profile but I need a bigger power supply. Any suggestions are welcome.

... Dell Dimension C521. I got a good deal for it, $250, and its got a AMD X2 +4000 and 2gb of ram but the integrated graphics suck. What would be the best card, and would I need to upgrade the power supply?

I'm building my own computer, and I was wondering what would be a good CPU? I mean one that is a good combination of speed and price. Either Intel or AMD would be fine.
