The demo in Learn are not the ones I need to perform in task

I know sometimes in task list it shows buttons for some tasks but does not explain positions especially for submission

If you're a boxer .. you CAN NOT high kick ..

Kickboxers can high kick right away ..

Muay Thai you must get to Level 2 before being able to high kick ..

hi I've bought UFC and played both on/offline.

The thing is, I can't kick the opponents in the head offline career mode! (I can do it online, that's why I'm confused why I can't do it on offline career mode with my own character ) Do you guys know why, or have any advice on this? Thanks
