[QUOTE="Hoffgod"]And the Wii has had what come out for it in the past few weeks? Dragon Blade? Donkey Kong: Barrel Blast? Anubis II? But yet somehow you're surprised that the Wii isn't tearing up the software sales charts?PhoebusFlows
And that's why I'm saying there's a problem. Shouldn't Nintendo have planned this out better and had more bigger games instead of Donkey Kong Barrel Blast and Dragon Blade? You yourself bought a Xbox 360 - why? Was the Wii not providing sufficient games for you?
My main beef with Nintendo which I knew would be a problem down the road is that there would a lot of waiting and gaps between really great games. it's basically come down to the 1st party games I only care about. Compare this to Xbox 360, the owner is overwhelmed with games right now (Halo3, Bioshock, Orange Box, etc) all scoring well and selling well. And I glance over at what's going on in Nintendoland and it's like a ghost town. I would've expected better planning and more assertive business strategies from Nintendo, which I heard was the #1 brand name (or second brand name?) in Japan.
And once again, for those who are laughing at the use of VGchatz, I seem to remember some of you use this same exact site when Wii passed the Xbox 360 worldwide sales. You had yourselves a merry little celebration with linkslike mine. I saw Vgchartz used.I did not intrude then, and let you have your cake. Oh, but now that I point out a rather disturbing dearth of quality Wii titles, no, that is not allowed. Only positive news is allowed here. Right, I gotcha. I will never question the Nintendo's perfection.
we wern`t having are selves a "merry little celebrations" until NPD, a reliable source of sales information put out there numbers, thats when we partied like there's no tomorrow.I do agree with you about the lack of quality control on some Wii titles
