I am anticipating great news from Nintendo, and I have pretty much phased myself away from Sony so I won't watch theirs this year. I am hoping microsoft has some surprises, but I am really thinking Nintendo easily having the best showing. C'mon Pikmin 3!
As i find blu rays on sale I replace some of my dvds, hwoever it is still mixed witch type of disc I am going to watch. However, it is always played on my new 3D blu ray player ever since my ps3 died

Couldn't this exact same argument be brought up about PS Home? I went into it a few times but it was just a waste of time.
And since I bought my 360 several monthes ago I have a huge catelogue of games I plan on buying for it...I see no issue with games. Honestly, I havn't been dissapointed in any of the 360 exclusives, which is more than I can say for the PS3 exclusives. There may be more exclusives on PS3 but I only really liked Uncharted, Killzone, and Metal Gear Solid 4.
I am enjoying a nice, well paying job that allows me to travel for work. I would not have gotten this job if not for my engineering degree so my 4 years and loans were worth it for me.
I was going to post this onto the Alan Wake board but its completely empty, so I decided to post here.
I just beat the game last night and I have downloaded the Signal DLC (the first DLC) but have not started it yet. I was just curious if the 2 DLC for the game continue the story and take it to a final end, or is the ending of the DLC left open as well. I was a fan of the game but upset with the ending since it kidna just ended just as Alice was saved and he began typing the end of the story.
I dont think it has anything to do with internet speed, when my Wii and 360 both can connect without an issue, and can play online or download much more smoothly than there is an issue with the ps3. It's not a huge complaint (especially after I got the YLOD and just sold my games) but it was annoying when I would plan to get on with some friends and at least one of us had to download an update and have it take long enough for us to just cancel playing at that time. I even used my Wii for netflix just because I never ran into an issue, yet with ps3 it had to reload regularly while watching something. Im not sure if it was just my ps3 but the internet really struggled on it.

If you have good connection with one server does not mean you will have with another, even ISPs is powerless to that since they are single bricks among many bricks that construct thing we call Internet, you connection to PSN goes thru many other ISPs and Internet maintainers which are out of control for your ISP. ISPs never guerrenty the speed because it's technically impossible, they only give you max speed that your connection can handle. What is accually interesting i having better speeds from US PSN servers then EU servers,thru im from Poland
I just find it so strange that my ps3 was the only item I had that would have issues with internet, lag, etc. Everything else in my apartment works with no issue.
I think it may be that those franchises are more enjoyable to a larger amount of people. Metroid isn't for everyone, Fzero isnt for everyone. There are some, like Donkey Kong, that I don't really understand why they don't sell as well though
