@JohnMafia basicly that would b the "realistic" mode to unlock after beating the game. That mode there has you and the enemy fighting to really stay live. No regen health,locational damage hinders movement and overall gameplay, dmg is off the scale as it would b in reality so basicly i could go around doin oneshot headshots with a 9mm.
