They were two different things.

I was Moderated because:Illegal Activities -- e.g. Begging and/or Providing ROM/Warez/MP3/Cracks/etc

I was Banned from the STMT because I asked for a sig, when it was done I asked the guy if he could make the watermark a little less visible, Jewels said it had to be there "Take it or leave". My response was that he didn't need to be a ******* and I knew why it was there.

Lets just say he didn't like that answer.
