I went to the Midnight Launch for Halo: Reach and I am 100% glad I did. This game is TRIUMPHANT! The shear amount of content is staggering. The campaign so far is very entertaining and the multiplayer has brought back memories and is making new ones as we speak. I love this game and this is no way a full review, but I would say this deserves a 10 out of 10. This is the real deal and it dont get any better.

Well my friends, I'm in and I'm loving every minute of it. The NXE has made my XBOX new again and its just what she needed. The avatars are a blast to play around with and the Netflix is something I can't wait to get into. I already installed Gears of War 2 and Call of Duty: WAW on my hard drive and what a difference that makes, my 360 has never been this quiet. All I can say is  I LOVE IT, the new look, the new features and new everything. Well I'm sure you guys will all love it too so get ready cus the NXE is coming to an Xbox near you on November 19th.

Resistance 2 (PS3):  This is one game that every PS3 owner must have in his or her collection. The graphics are some of the best on the console just wait and see what the water effects look like. The campaign is strong enough to keep you clued to your t.v.. The multiplayer is so good enough to keep you plaing this game long after you beat it.

Gears of War 2 (X360): The first Gears raised so many bars that you would think it would be almost impossible for a sequel to even come close to topping it. Well my gaming friends Gears of War 2 tops the original in almost every aspect and I'm not taking anything away from the original gears but GOW 2 is just fantastic in the graphical department, story, gameplay and yes even the multiplayer is excellent. Gears of War 2 is at the top of my list for Game of the Year 2008.

Hey guess what? If you have been waiting for a reason to buy a PS3 this is without a shadow of a doubt the reason why. LBP is a fun, deep and laugh out loud kind of game. This is what you need to play and own in your collection if you have any respect for video games. The online which just came on today is a portion of the game that will just keep you hooked simply because of how deep it is, there are alot of user made levels and most are pretty good for amatures and some you just have to watch out for. I just cant wait for a few weeks down the road when more and more fantastic levels are made. This is a GREAT game and it should NOT be missed!

The Madden football franchise has been on a decline in recent years. No not in sales but the game itself seems in recent years to be a little lackluster due to the lack of competition.

Well the slump is over ladies and gentlemen. Madden '09 is a real good football game from the graphics to the gameplay. The graphics were built from the ground up, literally ground up since the grass in '09 is just splendid to look at. The player models are all superb in detail. The game has very lifelike animations you'll say to yourself "Am I watching a real football game?" There are some small things I have noticed because I was nitpicking but I have noticed some problems with cpu play calling, A.I and one big problem that I hope gets patched is that the game will freeze from time to time.

The gameplay is typical Madden its well done and very polished but leaves room for improvement. You will still have all night marathons off and online. Speaking of online, there are now online leagues in Madden witch is a nice addition but its a little bland of features. The mini games are the same as last year as well as Superstar mode but they were fun to play to begin with so why fix whats not broken?

The sound is done well with bone crushing hits and crowd noises. The new additions of Tom Hammond and Chris Collingsworth are ok but Collingsworth is really annoying but he is certainly much MUCH better than that damn radio announced from previous years.

If you passed on Madden the last couple of years I dont blame you but this is the year you should get back in the game and pick this football title up, not because its the only football game but because its actually a good football game.

I have been a SoulCalibur fan since 1996 when the fighting series came on the scene as Soul Blade for the PSone. The series got an amazing graphical and gameplay overhaul when it arrived on the Dreamcast as SoulCalibur where it left its mark as a classic.

SoulCalibur IV is the BEST SoulCalibur yet. The games graphics are state of the art and are the best I have seen in a fighting game since DOA 4. The character creation is as every bit addicting as it is fun to use. The online play is there and what a treat it is. Also online is lag free and has no faults in my book. The story mode is a real treat to play as I have become relentless in my pursuit to beat all the characters stories. The arcade mode is as fun as always and can be frustrating at times for a casual fighting fan like myself. Overall the game is as great as a fighting game should be. It's SoulCalibur it cant get any better than this. You have fun, addicting and at times challenging gameplay mixed with outstanding beautiful graphics. The game is a masterpiece by far.

UT3 was released in December of '07 for the PS3 and I bought it on day one. I was really dissapointed in the PS3 version for many reasons the first being that the voice chat was broke. It took almost 6 months for Epic to fix it and even then playing UT3 on the PSN is not ideal because not every PS3 owner has a headset. I think I have talked to one person on UT3 on the PS3 since I had purchased the game in December of '07. Another huge problem was that split screen play was not in the game and never will be. Also the much touted mod support is not as great as it seemed. The mods support didnt launch for months after the game launched. Don't ask how much of a pain it is to find your mods, add your mods into your system and get them to work actually work. Now on to the 360 version. Let me tell you that you will not find those problems here on the 360. The split screen is there, the voice chat is PERFECT much because the 360 has a better online service than my PS3 does. The graphics look pretty much the same which means they look really really really good. I love the fast action of the unreal games and the kill kill die die gameplay. The modes are all there for your enjoyment including deathmatch, team deathmatch, CTF, Vehicle CTF and much more. The maps are well done and very fun to play in. The sound is as good as it gets on a FPS. Trust me when I say that if your a FPS fan or just enjoy playing shooters online, you will want to pick this game up asap because its Unreal and its just fun to play.

Battlefield: Bad Company Review

I just picked this up about 6 hours ago and I must say I am having a large amount of fun with the campaign and the multiplayer (MP). The campaign is previewed a little in the demo and its really well done so far, the characters are a little wacky even so I am hooked into the single player campaign by the sheer beauty of the graphics and the story keeps me awake which is more than I can say for some shooters out there. The mulitplayer is very good with rankings and unlockables. It has the same great graphics as the single player even the well done desctructable environments are there in multiplayer. The MP has only one mode but there is a conquest mode on the way for free via an update. I know this because the ingame messageing system advises players that the mode is on the way after launch, so expect the conquest mode to be available anytime now. So let me wrap this up with a recap. The games graphics are phenomenal the destructable environments and grainy look really make this game come alive. The sound is the best out there right now. No game comes close to this game currently as far as sound goes. The story has legs and hopefully gets better as it goes. The fun factor is there with the MP which only has one mode but its a mode that is very addicting. :shock:

If you liked Guitar Hero.....If you liked Rock Band....If you like any other music game out there than you will love this....GUITAR HERO for the road. The game is simply fun to play. Yeah so what there are only 25 songs and there all not the best, but think whens the last time a music game had all the songs EVERYONE loved, I rest my case. The game is the same guitar hero you have come to love without the guitar. The guitar is missed but is not forgotten as you do have your attachment that acts as the fret buttons. I bought this game and I am please with it. I really do wish there was an online mode to it but I can live with out it as I will be busy beating the game on medium difficulty and then hard and dare I try expert? I don't know. Again, if you loved guitar hero and/or rock band and you have a DS, go out and buy the game its a fun game and I promise you will not be disappointed.

GTA IV was created to be the best and thats what it has accomplished. You will not find another game out there in the works that will captivate you and move you like GTA IV. This game will keep you entertained with its story and its massive multiplayer modes. The online community will be alive for what seems to be forever since it is such a blast to play with others. The story is a story you most likely will never forget especially since the game makes you forget your even playing a game but watching a blockbuster movie. The game has absolutley no flaws to mention just a fine piece of video development and worth every damn penny. RUSH OUT now and buy it and if you already have it dont trade it in after the story is done there is much much more story coming down the road via xbox 360 exclusive downloadable content. 8)
