@StHapns247: What browser/OS are you seeing this happen in?

@suicidesn0wman: We are currently reviewing how our anti-spam tech works, and will be re-evaluating it from the ground up. I apologize for the trouble.

@Byshop: Yeah, the issue is that one is a video and one is an article. We normally "hide" the video version, so it can be found on the "Videos" page, but not the homepage, but occasionally folks forget. It's a process issue, not a tech issue. I'll remind the Edit folks about this!

@suicidesn0wman: In the future, btw, it's super helpful if we can get any of the info listed here to help us find the ad:

@suicidesn0wman: Many apologies for that! Our ad networks occasionally have some malicious advertisers that try to sneak this stuff through, but we'll find it and get it stamped out. Thanks for the report!

@suicidesn0wman:

1. Yes, there's supposed to be some feedback when you press the button - we'll fix that. But as for having it instantly update the feed to reflect those new preferences, that wasn't part of the original design, so it'd be more work, but we'll consider it.

2. Good idea. Re-using the profile header may be overkill, but some sort of "Back to Profile" button is certainly called for.

3. Good call. It's in the queue.

4. I see what you're getting at, but that's really what Stacks are for. The Following function is intended to let you tell us what games you want to hear about.

5. A good idea. Once we get some more urgent things taken care of, we'll look at that more closely.

Thanks for all the great input! It's very helpful.
