sooo...they spend million is R&D on a product they dont expect to sell....to get people in the store? might as well hire stripper holding psps, would get WAY more customers.

The single player GT is basically like working your way up on each track. Once you beat the race you are "upped" a class... beginning with D Class then C Class etc. and each group of drivers gets progressively harder to beat. So in other words, you play Apricot Hill at least four times to achieve "A" status gaining cash for each win or placing, and then you can buy cars with the cash. There are license tests but these are not required like in other versions of GT (at least not as far as I have played).
The game runs so nice, and it really does feel and look like a member of the series. A great racing title and I can't recommend it enough. I'll be buying the others, but GT has my heart! Bless the folks at PD for finally issuing it. Collecting the cars is a lot more fun than I thought it would be. The system seemed messed up from reviews, but I find myself hurrying back to the dealership page just to flip through and check out all the rides in detail, and figure out which one I wanna unlock next... as with all other GTs, the info on each car is staggering.
just downloaded the demo.... im a bit reluctant as i only really play my psp on the go....and having...pata pata pata pon beating away (as awesome as it may sound) is a tad embarrassing :P
I will get a few of those types of games...right now though im SUCKED Into Monster hunter, Gran turismo, God of war and so on...
especially Monster hunter. this game is ridiculous!!!

i had the first monster hunter but could never get into it....only played for a few hours though, just a bit reluctant as i cant exactly trade it in!!!
its ammaazinnggg haha, i got gran turismo...motorstorm...but i keep coming back to it, anyway no one was really talking about it on here so just a recommendation :)
