How often should I clean my ps3 to get dust off it and use a can of spray air to clean the vents?

O.K. I just got my 40gb today and I am trying to register for playstation network and all sorts of other things. Please help me how do I set it up? What do I need to set? just everything you know.

i just bought a 40gb ps3 i also got rainbow 6 vegas the original because i heard i was better and i preordered mgs4 what other games should i get?

For some odd reason I have a fear of roller coasters and its not a fear of heights or speed I honestly dont know why but is there a way to get rid of it?
