Just....one....more.....day!!!!

Got to take my spanish exam on Monday, then chill from 11 to 2:15 in my class that i already took my exam early in and it's summertime baby!!! Hopefully I'll be picking up L.A. Noire this weekend so I'll see about that. I got a brand new amp for my guitar yesteray for 25 dollars off the normal price which was a great deal. I don't think I've gotten any new games recently. I've been playing Civ 5 and Halo Reach a lot. Finally got to Lt. Colonel in Reach. Well thats all for now homies. Peace.

Hey what's up my peeps. Been awhile since I blogged. Well I've picked up two new game and they is:

Portal 2 on release day. For PC, the best system obviously :D Already beat it almost entirely. Awesome, awesome game, I highly recommend it. Also got:

Starcraft 2, and awesome RTS that I am enjoying immensly. This game has a very long campaign though, so it will last me a long time with multiplayer as well. After buying all these games, I'm getting tons of points for the Gamestop Powerup Rewards thing. If anybody knows what I'm talking about, how many points do you have? I have like 7,000 right now. Also it's getting towards the end of the year, and exams are getting closer and closer. Just 3 weeks left! I have to study my butt off so I can keep my A average up. That's all for now. Oh yeah, and new DLC for Civ 5 tuesday. Denmark Civ here I come... See ya homies.

Holy crap I was so bored today. You have no idea. It was that kind of boredom that is so boring it actually hurts :?

But my day was lifted once I went to mall and me and my dad picked up a new punching bag and stand thing. 70lb bag so we can get some good punching out of it. Also, I got a new headset for 360 because my other one snapped in half :o and this:

I got it pre-owned for $20 and I got home and realized that it was one of those online pass games and I thought crap I got screwed over on this one. But apparently the person who owned it before was nice enough to sell it without using the code so I saved $15 if you count the online pass and the money I saved to buy it used. :) Well that's about it

Well, my spring break was amazing, I traveled all the way up to New York from Florida, taking 20 hours in the car. Bleh :?

Well after an awesome vacation to see my family I drove back all day Yesterday and got home at like 5 am. Needless to say I crashed lol :P After I woke up at 11, I decided to head to the mall to spend some money just to celebrate my return (just an excuse lol :oops: )

I figured I would just buy a game or something, but I convinced myself to buy this baby:

Yup. Just hooked it up and I gotta transfer all my saves form my old 360. My disk drive didn't work on my old one, and this slim was 50 bucks off, so eh why the heck not. :D And since I got my 50 bucks off, I also picked up:

Haven't tried it yet, but I hope it's good. Well, I also want to honor one of my friends, whom OD'd on painkillers while I was on vacation. We weren't great friends but we talked every once in a while. Peace bro. Alright, after that depressing news, see ya homies. 8)

Woooooooo level 21!!! I guess I didn't get affected by the lvl. 20 glitch that takes some people months to get through. Also, I won't be getting on at all over spring break because I'm going to New York, so see you guys in a week or so. Peace.

Picked up Homefront today and have been loving it. The graphics aren't great, and the text is really small because it's meant for HD tv's which I don't have, but I give it a solid 9/10 for its amazing gameplay. It's a unique blend of BC2 and COD and the multiplayer is awesome. I've heard the single player is short, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I'll probably make a review for it some time later this week. Peace.

Hey peeps. Picked up some new games this weekend. Got Empire Total War, Napoleon Total War, and Killing Floor for PC all of which are awesome. Also picked up Pokemon White today, playing that now. And here's the rest of my SNES list.

9.) Super Mario All-Stars

Not an original game of course, but an amazing deal if anything. You get all of the original mario's, with upgraded graphics for the price of 1 SNES game. Plus a saving system.

8.) Super Metroid

I'm not a die-hard Metroid fan, otherwise this would have been higher up, but this is still the best metroid game. Prime ain't got nothing on this game.

7.) Super Mario World

The last true mario platformer in 2d, this is one of the best mario games out there. Although it's extremely easy and can be beaten in a matter of hours, it still is fun to try to find all the secrets and collectibles.

6.) Super Mario RPG

Although my copy of this amazing game died recently, and I have yet to replace it, this is a unique stray away from the original mario formula, and it pays off. Much like Paper Mario, this game is one of favorite mario games.

5.) Final Fantasy II/III

I love both of these game equally, and they are generally the same thing, so I put them together. These games have deep stories that suck you in and you can't stop playing until you beat it. A good addition to any collection.

4.) Legend of Zelda: ALTTP

My 3rd favorite zelda game behind Ocarina and Majora's, but the best 2D zelda in my opinion. I like the whole exploring aspect, but you aren't totally lost 100% of the time like in the first Zelda for NES. It actually tells you where to go.

3.) Donkey Kong Country 3

The worst of the DKC trilogy, but by far still a good game. I didn't really feel the magic of the other two DKC's in this one. But the music was awesome in this one.

2.) Donkey Kong Country 2

Nostalgia trip for this game. Used to play this with my older cousins all the time. Memories aside, this is still an awesome looking platformer. And the soundtrack is the 2nd best I've ever heard in a video game.

1.) Donkey Kong Country

Best SNES game by far for me. I've beaten this game over 10 times and I still make speedruns all the time on my old trusty Super Nintendo. No beting this game. Only Donkey Kong game better than this for me is DK64, but that was my first game ever, so it obviously has a special place in my heart. Well thanks for reading everybody!

What's up guys. I decided that I'd list my favorite Super Nintendo games here, since bak1234567890 inspired me to make a list because the SNES is one of my favorite systems, and I might even do a blog for my N64 favs, since that was my first video game console ever. Here we go.

15.) Castlevania IV

This game is amazing, but insanely difficult. So hard that, I played for like 5 hours straight, and only made it to the 3rd level, while using passwords. It's so addictive though, because it's just fun to wahck stuff with the whip :P

14.) Street Fighter II

Although it didn't age the best over the years, this game is still an awesome addition to anyone's collection. I have only beaten it like twice in all the time I've had it. It's because of that stupid mother ********* BISON!!!!! If anyone's played it they'll know what I mean.

13.) F-Zero

Although pretty primitave as racing games go today, this was an awesome game back in the 90's. It's still great if you just want to pick up and play rather than upgrading your car and all that stuff you have to do today.

12.) Super Mario Kart

You gotta love mario kart. Racing around in 2-player, blasting the crud out of each other with turtle shells. Ah, those were the days. And the whole feature were half of the screen was a mini map was great for racing.

11.) Starfox

One of the games to make use of the FX chip, and oh boy does it sound amazing. Also a pretty difficult game, just due to the fact that you can't save all the time like in games today. If only they officially made starfox 2..... :(

10.) Yoshi's Island

I love mario games, and this game doesn't dissapoint. It is a very easy game though, even by mario standards.

Yayyyyyy new patch for Civ 5 that will make the game even more fun and definitely improve it by light years. Also I preordered Portal 2 off steam and got my free version of Portal 1, plus I'll get my Portal 2 TF2 item, whenever it may come out. Welp, short blog is short. :P
