seriously, go to the gym 2-3 times a week, it will help wonders, but basicly it comes down to what you think, all going to the gym and that is going to do it make you think differently, but you can already do that, u just have to realise that u controll ur thoughts, no one is stoppin u talking to that girl u like or doing that certian thing u wanna do but urself
Ok well it should be tough getting yourself out of that tight spot, but not impossible. But once you do you really must take the time to improove yourself, there are many books and things you can read which can help you improve yourself, your psycology and how you think, you should take the time to study up on how to help yourself. And dont listen to the people that say you dont have the right to feel angry or bad, if u compare your situation with people in 3rd world countries you will loose your sanity lol
I bileave in that kind of thing, I dont bileave that kind of thing its possible after having spent so long in a physical form, but asteral projection isnt a term i use.
