@mrbojangles25: idk if true, torment 4 is reportedly 100x more health and damage. so gonna skip that and end on torment 3, then find something else to play.

@Litchie: the blessing is that modders fix their games and make them worth buying.

the curse is that when BGS does finally feel like touching old games with updates, it makes things worse.

i'm just hoping they don't try to phone in the settlements feature the way they did with Starfield. its entirely outclassed by what is in Fallout. That shouldn't happen. New game should meet or exceed previous core feature - not deliver a turd version. even a simple copy paste would be better than Starfield outposts as is still 1 year later. or remove it entirely.

@mazitron: Epic store operates at a massive loss, but they have Fortnite store that makes all the money to fund their attempt to capture market share from Steam.

MS has dominant market share in OS, so they can waste money in gaming as well. Neither will dethrone Steam. they're just burning money trying. Also, in doing so, they give less reason for PC gamers to buy Xbox, so the Xbox vs Sony is auto win for Sony.

Steam spends nothing. makes more money than god.

DAO is a completely different game/genre. thanks to EA and DA2 flipping genre to action, to draw in an entirely different crowd.

by the title of this article, i'd say the producer likes action games.

why ruin amazing classic rpgs with action sequels?? why not just go play other action games. there is no shortage of them.

still waiting for a real sequel to DAO.
