Go into your settings and select 'Power and Shutdown'. Then change the option from 'Power Saving' to 'Instant On'. Make sure the option is selected for downloading while turned off.

My PC died a few years ago. Looking to get back into PC gaming but going with a laptop this time.
I'm looking at the HP Omen 17. It has a RTX 2070 Super, i710750H, 16GB RAM.

How do you guys feel about only Vanquish being on the disc?

A fried processor wouldn't stop the USB ports from working, would it? I'm thinking the issue must be my motherboard. IDK.
