I played a few hours of Rogue Legacy on my Vita at work. Everything seemed fine. I took my Vita home and started to play RL but I noticed the gear, that indicates the game is saving, was constanly flashing in the top-right corner of the screen.

I quit the game and the next time I loaded it up I was told my save was corrupt and it would be deleted. I lost all of my progress. I started again but the damn gear is still there, flashing constantly. It looks like it isn't saving correctly. I don't want to continue to play it if I'm going to get another corrupted save file.

I've tried deleting Rogue Legacy and reinstalling it but it hasn't fixed the problem. No other games I've tried seem to have any problems.

Anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it?

Thanks for posting that but my issue isn't listed with H2A. Perhaps it's not that common? My game isn't crashing, it just isn't saving.

@blueinheaven: The campaigns aren't working perfectly for me. My progress isn't saving. I'm being sent back a long way when I load my game. Hours of progress was lost today.

I haven't bought a CoD since CoD4 back in 2007, so yeah, I think I'll be able to resist. I have zero interest in CoD and it goes back a long way. I've never even played any CoD's made by Treyarch. I played CoD 2 and 4 and that was enough for me.

I'm selecting save and quit but my progress isn't saving.

When I load it again, it sends me back to the last cutscene. I'm on Delta Halo and I got near the end of the level but I had to stop playing. I quickly loaded my game again to make sure it saved correctly but it sent me right back to the cutscene where Master Chief is listening to the Prophet's hologram talking about the "great journey".

It's so annoying. It happened yesterday, too. I got to the part where the Warthog first gets delivered on Delta Halo and saved. Then when I loaded it today it sent me back to the beginning of the level cutscene.

Is there any way to fix this? Do you think it's a problem with the game or my console?

The battery is pathetic. It really should last longer.

I've always liked Double Dash. I bought it on release day and played it a ton. I'm sure I finished and unlocked everything. I still have my copy. It was my favourite MK. MK8 might be better but I haven't played it enough to make a decision.
