I can't transfer my Smackdown Here Comes the Pain (PS2 Game) save to my PS3 virtual memory card. I found out it was because the format was wrong because I have a .PSU file and only a .PSV file works. I was wondering if anyone can convert my PSU game save into a PSV? This is the save file right here:

http://rapidshare.de/files/41320409/SLUS-20787_SmackDown__HCP__8F939B18_.psu.html

someone would have to transfer the save onto a PS2 memory card, then plug it into a PS3 with a memory card adapter, then export it to a memory stick or usb device

It depends on certain days for consoles, but PC guarenteed. After that its Call of Duty 4 for 360 and GTA IV for PS3 (sold Resistance and Motorstorm to get GTA IV). And after two weeks of playing wii, I got bored of that crap which is only good for making extra cash selling it to a sucker for double the price.

the design would be good, but the rest of it would be **** up. The online, the gameplay, and the graphics would be horrible.

Thats if you can even find a Wii...

--Ryu--

I have connections 8)

A lot of you guys offer good advice, and some not so much.

I really wish I could just "save up" but it isn't that simple when you are a 19 year old student paying off loans, bills, rent, and buying groceries (which is really pricy, unless you buy crappy ramen blah)

I'm just afraid that the games I want to play in the future for 360 are going to be AWESOME and I'm going to regret selling my 360. On the other hand my roommate has an X360 which he would probably let me use if he ever got off of it. My mom bought me my 360 for my birthday though, and I would honestly feel bad inside selling it. I know, I'm a mamas boy :P.

I'm also afraid I won't enjoy the Wii games as much as I'm anticipating.

I've put about $100 into arcade games which would go to waste, and have bought all the DLC for GHIII.

Choices sucks sometimes, but life without them would suck even more.

He knows that wii is not for him, so I suggest he save up for a PS3 since both wii and xbox360 have gone to their max and can't stretch beyond that. PS3 is still rising and has a lot more to show the gaming world plus its best titles have yet to release so this year would belong to PS3. By the time you save up and have enough you can also get Metal Gear Solid 4 in the summer with Metal Gear online, 2 games for the price of 1.

right PS3 is only at 30% capacity, once it hits the 100% full power you will see games like Metal Gear Solid 4, Killzone 2, Gran Turismo 5, and Final Fantasy XIII in every game that is released. Like I mentioned in another thread a great gaming combo (if you can afford it) is PS3/Wii which covers all types of games for all types of gamers, its a plus if you have a PC also. PS3's in a war and Wii is just trying to bring more people into gaming. 360 is just arrogant and greedy, not caring what happens to its gamers or consoles, just want more money.

actually those games are better then the 360's, except most of them have the cartoonish gaming feel and anime style characters. I don't own a 360 or plan on getting one, its just the xbox live that has me impressed by it. I would say a good combo would be PS3 and Wii, cover both the hardcore gamer and the gamer that got started with casual games (mario, pong, pac-man, tetris etc.) Out of that list the only games I enjoyed during my wii-experience was galaxy, because I never even heard of most of those other titles. This year I'm finally getting a PS3 though with (imo) the best line-up of games in history and I suggest you do the same by saving money up for PS3 instead of selling your 360 which you don't really want to do.

I followed nintendo blindly with Nes then Snes, but drew the limit at N64 which I never got. NES and Snes had entertaining games and I thought Nintendo would lead all the way, but I was wrong. I also didn't care much for the PS1 and was mostly a PC gamer during the PS1 era. I didn't even get a PS2 until 2005 and I never knew how much either playstation sold until 2006. I guess I adapted to being a hardcore gamer overtime so why would I want to go back to play games I did 10 or 20 years ago (metroid, kirby, mario, fox, sonic etc.). This year I would most likely get a PS3 considering the huge line-up of games through trailers and gameplay videos show the promise of worthwhile gaming.

thats rough 100$ into arcade games that dissapoint. You could probably save enough by that time Metal Gear Solid or Little Big planet comes out to get a PS3. Wii games get boring quick, I had the wii for a while when I borrowed it from my friend while he was at a buisness trip. I enjoyed wii-sports and mario galaxy for a while, but there was really nothing else that was worth it.

right they cut down playstation's 11 year reign as #1 which is hard to do. Wii maybe now, but it won't be as popular in the future since its long term plan is decent, not great. If you compare the list of future games for each console you will see that Wii is tied with 360.

I don't have a 360 (RRoD), but I do have experience with both of the consoles and I feel in the long run you will enjoy 360 more because on another wii forum there are tons of posts on people who are bored with their wii. You can always save up for PS3 if you sell your 360 because you do have your PC for your FPS needs. PS3 has the best line-up of games this year with Little Big Planet (better then any and all wii games now and in the future), Final Fantasy XIII, Gran Turismo 5, and Home network. You won't be able to find a wii, and if you do chances are people will take advantage of you using the shortage as an excuse and make you pay more then you have too. I don't love the 360, I would rather see it succeed then the wii. I own a Genesis, PS2, NES, SNES, dreamcast, and Atari so I've played many different kinds of games.
