PSP is portable so you can carry it anywhere, you can make calls with it, play movies, and music. On the other hand PS2 has a library of 2500 titles to choose from, and its cheaper at 130$ with a selection for all types of gamers and non-gamers. Don't get a DS though, thats just touch screen and a whole lot of crap that will bore you shortly after purchse.

yes little big planet is going to be the game of the year, its on my most wanted list of 2008. It feels like a game that will last the longest for this year and next year based on the level editor where users can share their custom levels. Their will be millions of levels to go through and objects to customize. It will bring out your creative side in ways you never thought possible.

he's right wii has mostly games that are short, cartoonish, and bore you after a week or two. Xbox360 has a huge selection of online games that are always full of users to challenge. You will enjoy playing games like Call of Duty 4 or Halo 3 more on your 360 then PC, same with GTA IV. It has the best achievement system, point system, features, and overall experience of all three next-gen consoles. The important thing is how long you feel your 360 will keep you entertained and what games it has in the future that are worthwhile. I made a mistake by trying to tell you what to do, instead you should always decide on your own and not listen to what others tell you since its the gaming you will be doing. 360 does have a long lifespan, not as much as PS3, but wii has gone as far as it can. It has no other multi-media or features that are greater then any of the other consoles. Its basically a PS2 with nintendo games and motion sensing. Before you make your decision compare the list of future games for both consoles and plans. I suggest keeping the 360 or at least trading it for a PS3 because it does have an insane line-up of games compared to wii, which only has one imp. Also if you do decide to sell, you can get about 300 for it on ebay or craigslist.

your right, your bills are more important, your system is fine for the next 5 years. Don't need to get another console when yours is working 100%. Wii is just a fad like pokemon, you will get bored of it and end up shelving it. Xbox has the best line-up of games, features, and live marketplace. Its a thousand times better then anything on wii or about wii.

you need a usb device or something to transfer it from PC to PS3 because its in zip format on gamefaqs. You make a folder called PS3, inside that folder make another one called SAVEDATA, and place the extracted file there. (All Capital Letters) also what other website besides gamefaqs can provide the PS2 virtual saves? I need file #3 characters for resident evil outbreak and I don't have gameshark.

I found the method to transfer saves, I just used a USB device, made a folder called PS3, inside that folder I made another folder called EXPORTS, and inside that I made a folder naming it after the file type (PSV). After all this you put the saves in the export folder and the PSV folder and then connect your USB to PS3. You go to the PS2 saved data, click show all, and find the folder to copy it. I now just need the source for North American saves because I need the file #3 characters for the second outbreak game.

its for resident evil outbreak, you can't access file #3 characters playing normally, thats why I'm trying to get the save from someone else who already unlocked it using codebreaker.

how can I transfer virtual PS2 save files from gamefaqs to my PS3? Well, I went to gamefaqs to get "virtual ps2 (ps3) game saves". I put the files on a usb drive and tried to get them on my ps3 but it didn't detect. I used the same method for a ps3 game and it worked. I just need to know if there's a simple method to transferring virtual PS2 saves so they are detected the same way.

None of the ratings, opinions, or comments people here post will change the level of enjoyment I get from playing games like Gears of War or Resistance Fall of Man. It also won't change the level of boredom I get from trying zelda on the wii or any other wii game that my cousin rents. And with the Home network coming out soon and being able to connect direclty from Home to PS3 games like lair, warhawk, heavenly sword, or littlbe big planet will make wii look like a piece of crap to me.

You're a graphics whore then?

wannweed

No, but I am an online whore, and a quality software whore, and a non-dumbed down multiplat whore, which means I won't be buying a Wii.

so your buying madden 08 ?

Nope. I'm far too busy playing Gears of War (9.6), The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion (9.6), Rainbow Six Vegas (9.1), Ninja Gaiden Sigma (9.0),and soon, Bioshock, Halo 3, Mass Effect, and The Orange Box, Rachet and Clank, UT3, Haze, Crysis, andGrand Theft Auto IV.

Those are all experiences you cannot have on Wii due to its graphical and online limitiations.

And your online is a complete two game joke.

They are supposed to be in the next gen, and they have exactly 2 online games, almost a year in.

Congrats.

and i'm too busy playing zelda tp (8.8 ), RE4 (9.1), super paper mario (8.8 ) warioware (9.1), rayman (8.0) trauma center (8.0) and soon to be metroid, bwii, fire emblem, super mario galaxy, and ssbb and mabey the new wii medal of honor hich has 32 player online

I think your list is easily beaten by just one game from his list meaning either gears of war or elder scrolls kills your entire list alone. Why would I play RE4 on wii when I can easly play it on my PC or PS2. There are no other games that interest me on your list other then RE4 so no point in me getting a wii.
