yeah for some reason the 40 gig is the black sheep of the family. my friend is currently having problems with his too with it playing blu ray movies but not playing blu ray games. sony told him to reformat his hdd but yeah. no go. but try uploading the system data( http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/SystemUpdates/PS3 ) to a usb flash drive or something and try installing it through that.
yeah after my ps1 incident (where i sold all original black labels of all the rare rpgs then like Suikoden I/II , Final Fantasy, Xenogears, Persona, Tales of Destiny, Lunar, etc etc for like freakin $5 a game at gamestop or gamecrazy) i regretted soo bad and when i try to get them now theyre like 50+ a game or suikoden II being like 150 -_-. never again...i keep all of mine now.
yeah i love the game too. i got so into growing with my characters (even the recruits) that when they die i have to go and rescue them and get the nurse out there cause i didnt want to lose them haha.
woot woot. im very glad they put this RPG on there....now im hoping soo hoping they put Suikoden II on there. For the many people that havent played it to witness one of the greatest RPGs of its time and not have to buy it on ebay for like $150+. whats ur guys thoughts on it?
