It most certainly won't be Lost Vikings. I'm 95% sure because it would be pointless for Blizzard to even *attempt* to revive that series in the middle of creating projects such as SC2 or WoW series.

Imo, Diablo 3 has been hidden under development for years just as Sc2 was. And I totally agree on it's release date. Who know when it will be released, but please let it be announced in a few hours or so. =]

Yeah . . I just hope Blizzard does not evolve the gameplay as much from Diablo 2. I mean yeah, Titan Quest () Diablo. Very similar games all in all ... Just better graphics for TQ. Tweaking the graphics and adding much gameplay, quests, and items would be great. I just hope it doesn't change much from it's standpoint view. =\

As for Blizzard making so many games at once, I get your point . . . but all these titles they are making > Lich King, StarCraft2, (Diablo3?!) ... These are all BIG PC game titles . . . They will all make much $ after released. Blizzard is money thirsty right now as it seems. =]

Well obviously well all know Blizzard is cooking up something, and I'm pretty much convinced that it is Diablo 3. Why wouldn't it be?

First off, before the announcing of StarCraft 2, Blizzard released a patch for StarCraft fixing a few bugs etc. and also resetting the ladder. Two weeks later Starcraft 2 was announced. Diablo 2 has just undergone a ladder reset as well as a no-cd patch 1.12a. and, long and behold WWI is just around the corner, well tomorrow. Its been about two weeks though. Suspicious. Eh?

Also, many of us already know that Blizzard acquired Diablo3.com . . . which from that spawned diablofans.com > a fan-base.

I have no reason to believe that it is the Lich King nor StarCraft2 because Blizzard stated that this is a "new release announcement." Well we are already aware of SC2 and WoW: LK. Unless it is another tedious RTS of the Warcraft series . . which would make no sense what-so-ever because of SC2.

Also, Hel run is at the top right corner of the teaser image on blizzard.com.

If you can't tell I'm a die-hard Diablo fan. I've been wanting and hoping for this announcement for who knows how long. All the pieces are here. Just put them together. =]

We'll find out tomorrow.
