Hello everyone, i have decided to start a UCB spotlight for the great GS Community. There are many great UCBs out there that don't get the recognition that they deserve, and i'd like to spread the word on them. This is Volume 1, I am going to try and do 1 of these a week, so you'll see a good deal more in the future. If you would like to submit a UCB for evaluation, PM me the link and some basic info. about it. Now, lets get down to it. This weeks edition, as stated in the title, is UCBs that might as well be full on GS General Boards. These boards have so much support from GS and its Moderators, that they feel almost like a General Board. Now, here are this weeks selected UCBs.

Noob Nation- Just imagine a GS without this board, try to picture what the general boards would be like, flooded with n00b questions. This board is truly magnificient, maybe not for old veteran users, but it definetly helps quite a few n00bs.

Ask the Mods!- Ever had a question that you can't answer? Well, thats what Ask the Mods! is for. TheRagingGamer is to be commended for making this for useful UCB, and it should be known by all. If you ever have a question to ask one of the mods, here you go. Have at it!

The Virtual Underground- Well gorsh, if you don't know about the VU you are really out of the loop! The VU is a truly great board, owned and operated by Gamespot's very own N3MO. So many GS moderators post there its nuts, you'll might actually feel a little intimidated sometimes, so many higher ups you could be nervous to post. But once you get used to it, you'll have a great time.

Goose's Garage- Its Goose's Board and you follow Goose's rules! This is a great place, full of a lot of very intelligent people. Warning, you may need a dictionary while browsing, as you might come across some words you don't know the meaning to. The Garage has everything, from Political News to Religious Debate, so be sure to bring your brain.

99.19%, geez. Well, almost level 17, i'm doing great in the leveling department. My union is doing good, we have 52 members and counting. Remember, if you like MMORPGs and haven't joined, check us out. I submitted my Xbox 360 Editorial to GS through the link mrs.xbox gave me. I don't really know if it will get accepted, its my first try writing an Editorial for GS, so if it doesn't i'm not really sad. I'm trying to think of some other editorial ideas, i have a few, so you might see another one in a few days. I'm also looking for a banner for my Profile, so if you are interested in helping me then PM me for details. I'll post something more interesting tomorrow. See ya then.

If you looked at the 360's 2005 sales numbers, you may be impressed, even though it missed the Sales Predictions. 1.3 million Units sold so far worldwide, out of an estimated 3 million. Microsoft's new monster is selling very well in the US and Europe, with many stores selling out on the first day. Chart Track reported that in Europe, 10 out of the 15 launch titles were top sellers, and that the 360 was the fastest selling console ever in the UK! But the sales in Japan are another story, they are horrible. After a very successful launch party, the 360s hardly moved. While a lot of stores in Japan showcased the 360, hardly any units were sold.
But, i believe that we haven't seen anything yet, the 360 hasn't even shown us its true power yet.While the 360 did have a good 18 games at launch in the US and 15 in Europe, only 6 games launched in Japan! Microsoft has shown it wants to take a much larger share of the Japanese Market, but 6 games at Launch isn't going to do it. But, a lot of games that will appeal to the Japanese Market are coming out within the next year, so we'll truly start to see if the 360 can sell in Japan. Amongst these games are:

Armored Core 4- The next game in this Giant Mech Series.
Blue Dragon- RPG From the Makers of Chrono Trigger.
Chromehounds- Giant Mech game on XBL!
Dead Rising- Another Zombie game from Capcom.
FF XI- The MMORPG comes to the 360.
Frame City Killer- A hitman game from Capcom.
Lost Odyssey- An RPG from the Producer of the FF Series.
99 Nights- An Action Adventure game from Tetsuya Mizuguchi.
Sonic the Hedgehog- Who doesn't like Sonic?
Stranglehold- An Action Game from John Woo.

Not to mention the Other Behemoth games from American Developers like Oblivion, Gears of War, and Halo 3. In the coming year we will see all of these great 360 games and possible launch of the PS3 and N-Rev. These other consoles launching is very important for the game industry, because without competition, gaming would be nothing. When the PS3 and N-Rev launch, the exclusive company developers for each company will have to work harder and produce higher quality games. Thats when we'll start to really see all the great games. The possibilities are endless, and its looking better by the day.

I have been working on a large editorial for about 2 days now, and lets just say it will melt your face to your PC monitor. I'm hoping to submit it to GS, but i'm not quite sure how to. If someone could help me, i'd love you forever. =D

On a side note, my "Good Taste" emblem has dissapeared, i guess GS removed that one. Too bad, i liked it. Oh well... I GOT THE TOP 1000 Reviewers emblem to replace it. Thanks GS, for giving me a great medium to host my reviews and blog. I am eternally in your debt. =D

Grandma's Boy, the new movie from Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions, is the funniest movie that i've seen in a long long time! This movie is hilarious! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good comedy, as long as you don't mind some Sexual Themes, Nudity, Drinking, and Drugs. Also, in Grandma's Boy their is a game Called Demonik, and to my surprise, it is a REAL game! It looks amazing, so check the 360 or PC versions out!
