Planetside 2 and I checked the memory but it showed no errors.

What do you mean "Checked the memory"? It's not a hardware fault, it's a coding problem in the game where allocated memory that is no longer needed isn't released back to the system. There's nothing you can do about it, and if it's not causing any crashes or degrading performance I wouldn't worry about it.

what is this, any suggestions; the pc is running just fine no bsod or freezes happens randomly or when a program stops working.

Like gp19 already asked, why would you want to overclock a Titan card? It's like owning a Red Bull Formula One car and wanting to juice it...

Trying get to max power out of the card at stock clocks. Any suggestions on the error code 3 first time I saw it tried to google it but they don't give me any specific answers.

Crashed open gl error code 3 what does that mean? Anyways lowered the clock to +135 core clock now from +145.

Just lowered my clock a little so far last light benchmark is now running and is in its 10th run right now crossing my fingers lol.
