Well for me this makes my decision to either skip this game or buy it used. These deals need to die off.

@cboye18: I'll be the judge of graphics once the game actually comes out. Gears 5 had the same thing happen, and looked great at launch, even on Game Pass.

@sippio: Honestly PS+ has put out some solid offerings lately. I'd take their lineup this month easily over this.

Honestly, it's time MS scraps this program. Haven't remembered any cool games from it for like a year. It's clear Game Pass is where their focus is. If they're not gonna put in effort to put in at least one cool game, don't bother.

Meh. People need to realize that this game was probably developed for Xbox One first when it started. I mean it's been 5 years since the last Halo, no way it started with the next console in mind. This looks like a BOTW scenario. Regardless, I'm not spooked by some texture pop ins. Didn't even notice anything like that during the first viewing until after a second watch. As long as it's smooth and ambitious, I really don't give a shit.

I really don't get the hate for this event honestly. While it didn't convince me to get a console day 1, there's some good looking games for Xbox. Fable, Avowed, Halo, Everwild, Hellblade 2, SOD3, Forza, and The Medium. This is a very solid lineup of games that rivals what PS5 has lined up so far. But both events suffered the same problems: not enough gameplay and release dates.
