That bloomberg article was horrible writing. No documents. Employees were angry after expecting more of an increase because of a program they did the previous year, but that program also resulted with more promotions and top performance employees receiving over a 20% raise.

It goes on to say some jobs pay over $100k a year, but then goes into the video game testers and how they make much less, but dont state wages.

The person making less than they did a decade ago is because they are working less overtime now then they were. How much overtime were they working then? Is the loss of overtime now due to less crunch?

I have a $60 walmart chair that reclines and has a foot rest.

The pleather is flaking off everywhere, and there is no padding in the butt anymore. But I just threw a pillow on it and its all good. Still comfortable to me and a longer session for me (3-4 hours) im fine.

I got little OCD and after unlocking the travelers outfit I began just clearing Fog off the map and not doing missions.

Running into a group of 5 was tough because It would only take 2-3 hits to kill me. It wasnt until about 10 hours into the game I did he mission where you get the Clan armor and man did it make enemies easier.

@louixiii: The Washington Post has a data base on all police killings since 2015 with a lot of filters. Race of the cop not being one of them, Race killed is a filter, but it puts it into perspective when you search the unarmed killings. When you see the numbers it is kind of shocking.

Just in 2017 in Minneapolis a white woman was shot and killed by a Somalian officer when she was the one who called 911 to report suspicious activity behind her house. The cop did get 12 years for that though.

I am just trying to say it may seem like it only happens to one race, but it doesnt, and that is not to take away from the BLM movement. I just think if you have someone who may be mentally unhealthy and they get it in their head this is only happening to one race it can make for a really bad situation.

Look at the Rhetoric that was going on after the election, and you had someone mentally unstable read all those headlines about Republicans being Nazis, and whatever else and the guy went and shot at Congressman during softball practice.

But lets not forget police reform is needed overall because the people being killed by cops arent just black. Just because its not reported in the news doesnt mean it doesnt happen. Look at the dam stats.

After the media attention that police brutality got in 2014 and 2015 especially with Eric Garner it didnt seem to change unnecessary force. Guess what happened in 2016. A white man in Texas was killed while in handcuffs from an officer kneeling in the center of his back with all his weight for 14 minutes. The officers around him laughed when the guy passed out, and still had pressure on him. He was dead before the EMT's arrived, and it was only then the officers even asked if he was still alive, while laughing about it.

Tony Timpa was the name of the person killed. The cops involved got a 3 month leave then returned to duty. No murder charges.
