@freeryu: We take it with us when we go out. A lot of times we are running errands or I take my family to the mall. My son & i tend to go hangout at the food fair or sit at waiting areas or coffee shops while my wife shops.
@runstalker: Games like this belong with me where I can meet my friend(s) anywhere with our behinds planted at Starbucks, the Mall, the park or even at a place to eat and have it with us. That's where it belongs. I have it, I played it. The response is fine. I am sure the PS 4 and XBox One is incredible @ 60 FPS and very responsive. And I'm sure it is fine with you. :)
I'd rather have it with me and some friends while we are out. Game changer.
I've downloaded it. It is a great game since I have it with me here at the office and will play it on my break. Game changer that I don't have to wait until I get home to play. I have no problems with the memory card (I have a 32 gig MSD card and had to re-consolidate some of my other downloaded games but everything is fine). The memory card issue is a smoke screen if you know what you are doing and you have planned out how everything is going to work out. It's like managing my media music/videos on my 3DS using the R4 card. Yes, it does not look as good docked. But it is adequate and I am glad I have it here with me so that I can play it whenever I want to.
Personally, I don't need the 'Journey' mode. What matters is can I play online while I am on the go. The fact that I am going to be able to play this anytime whether I am at home, on my lunch break at work, on the road or on vacation without skipping a beat is the game changer for me.
I'm not in to soccer, however we will probably purchase this game due to the portability and I'd like to see EA provide more of their products to the Switch. I don't care that the graphics might be somewhat lower. For me it's the game play and the features. I don't mind that 'the Journey' isn't included. The game changer is that I can bring it with me wherever I go and play online or coop while on the go.
We may get this for the Switch. We'll have no problem with having to share the joycons. I've already purchased a pro controller so both players on tabletop mode will be able to use full fledged controllers without missing a beat. Problem solved.
Unfortunately, Nintendo is always going to be put under the microscope and then critiqued on how they do things like releasing DLC. As far as I am concerned, we are buying LOZ BOT for Wii U and we will most likely purchase the DLC for $20.00. It sounds like a good deal, so we will buy it.
We're getting the game, so anything else extra is gravy and side dishes which should go well with the main meal.
@lostn I can. My son can play Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword and use the gamepad as an alternate screen while we're watching TV. It works quite nicely. It might be more difficult for him to do Smash Brothers since that requires a bigger screen. I'd have to check that one out.
But it would not work for games like Just Dance or the Rock Band series. This feature does well with some games, but not with all of them.
