@EXxile: It's an earnings call. Not something for gamers to listen or read into. It's to impress their shareholders that mostly don't care about the games.
@nota_millennial: 3 hours doesn't get you out of the crap parts. Which doesn't mean the rest isn't not amazing constantly, but you're judging the worst part of ME:A against the entirety of ME1-3. Pretty sure the intro to ME2 and 3 were both just as awful, sans better animations.
@soulfulDAGGER: If they didn't trademark it, someone who is actually a dick WOULD trademark it and then sue them. You should be calling the overregulated world we live in a dick move, not CDPR.
@fyrant: Exactly this is just the thing they have to do in the crappy over regulated European Union trademark office BS world we are "allowed" to live in if we fill out form X/Y/Z.
I honestly think the writing and voice acting is intentionally crap so that you start spacebar skipping some of it with the particularly annoying characters so EA can be like "did you know that 90% of gamers didn't even listen to this conversation!" "this is why for Mass Effect 5 we're not doing voice acting, we're going to have microtransactions to hear the rest of the story!"
@aaronx20: You obviously haven't played the fucking game then. I'm 50 hrs in. About 200 hilarious bugs and counting. Load save and die falling into the tempest being the funniest.
