Any android tablet can be used to control PC, so if someone had a TV tuner they could. Or you could stop wasting time with TV and just watch what you want to watch on the internet. you dont even eed a tablet. my friend had an old ass palm, sure all the rage back then, but we are talking about old tech, it was from like 2001 or something, and he could use it as an universal remote for every single tv (not even a just flat screen, any tv) in fact he would put it in that mode and would go to the mall and start switching the channels of TVs and stores to scare the clerks off. this is something that has existed for over 12 years now. lol i guess you too young to remember the tv remote watches. be in class changing tv channel turning on tv.
