There are strong rumours going around saying that ps3 and pc versions of UT 3 will be coming out first, with the 360 version coming out some time afterwards. They say this is because sony is allowing full acces to users to access free mods, maps etc. like on the pc. But microsoft wants to put a price on it and they don't have the structure yet to distribute it. After Epic clears all the fuss with microsoft and are able to give the content away for free, as the ps3 and pc versions will, then they will release the 360 version. But these are all rumours so it may not be true at all.

yeah thats true the PS3 doesn't handle dx 10. Crytek have already hired ps3 developers which everyone is assuming is the development for crysis or another game for the ps3, either the way either of the games will be amazing seeing as it's crytek. The same Crytek engine can be used for the ps3 although a lot of progrmaming would need to be changed to sort the computing power between the graphics card and cell. This would take a helll a HELLLLL of a long time, but they would make a **** load if they did it. I mean think of how many people would buy the ps3 just to get to play crysis. But i'll probably be happy with Haze for now, but in the future i believe it's a definte possibility that Crysis will come to the ps3 platform. Well i damn sure hope so :P

Those are ones that are coming out. Give the ps3 a bit longer, i mean it's only been out a couple of months already.

Plus i love it cause of all the music, video, photo i can do. Have it hooked up to my surround sound n massive 70 inch bravia tv. It's like a supercomputer connected to my tv. N i gots both consoles so i aint biased. Well after gettin ma ps3, lol i geuss i am.

It won't be Killzone 2 i can promise you that, the developers are already talking about it, and they are 'unveiling' it at E3. E3 only. Unless it is footage of killzone 2 then maybe.

I'm hoping it to be either

- Crysis for the PS3

- Some totally crazy new game

- GT 5

It's game machine not a PS3. Which is a good thing.

lol well yup i think its a game machine, nothing like the other console (which shal remain nameless) id say 6/1 0 compared to 9/10 other console)

This is because:

1) Online Costs a lot and isnt free

2) No Video compatability (cept WMV :?)

3) Not a true multimedia experience, no hdmi for premium

4) No Photo Options Like You Know

5) Not that big a hardrive

6) Not as good, hate to admit it a gaming machine as other console

7) Controller not too light, no tilt motion sensing

8) Not enough settings, no 1080p

9) No HD-DVD support, only DVD. DVD for games, thats just old generation crap.

10) Too loud, sounds like a wind farm

11) Gets hot easily and bricks out (red ring of death)

12) Compatibility? Not much.

13) Bluetooth capabilities......none

14) Wifi capabilties....none

15) Accessories cost a small fortune, and most of the accessorie's already come equipped with other consoles

16) Limited keyboard/mouse support

17) Not enough usb ports

18) No HDMI or DVI Connectivity, well hdmi in elite but that aint in australia yet

19) Not enough chat support etc.

20) No backwards compatibilty

21) No internet browsing

22) Not enough power, nothing compared to the other consoles 2 teraflops of yet untapped power (highest performing computer is 10 teraflops in the world)

23) The xbox 360 will always be the xbox 360, unlike other consoles that change and improve every month with new updates and thus not future proof

And yeah that's what i think of the 360 just off the top of my head. And before any fanboys go "OH THATS NOT FAIR, WELL I DONT WANT EVERYTHING BECAUSE, WELL MY PC HAS EVERYTHING....except not on a tv, in surround sound..." ji think its better to have a supercomputer able to do 2 teraflops and create spectacular experienes and games than have a lesser 'thing' that can only play games, it's kinda stupid to want something lesser than another product that that does everything you'd ever want a product to do plus more. This is just "I + you think of the 360" and I have a 360 and the other console.

lol. some of this stuff shows he doesnt own a 360. The 360 has more BC games than the PS3. Your complaining about chat support when Private Chat is REVOLUTIONARY. Thats like complaining about how much gas your Hybrid wastes. If yo u buy the premium version all of the accessories come with the console other thanthe HD-DVD drive (Completly pointless) and the small keyboard thinger. There are video options. And the cost of Xbox Live makes it a MUCH nicer experience.

Mate, ive got a 360. The games havent come out on the 'other console' yet, all coming out jully- oct (next year)
