I've played both and while Forza does handle better and tends to do more things right, PGR is just more fun to me...wish I could explain in greater detail but I'm not sure myself.
I hope MS doesnt include that...however right now idk if you have done this or not but if you rotate your 360 from vertical to horizantal stance the lights indicating controllers connected will rotate with the console.
