What is a fact is that there have been some people arrested for fraudulent activities (relatively small cases, but still fraud).

What is also a fact, is that there has been no evidence heard by a court, but there is definitely evidence of impropriety and suspicious behavior and irregularities.

And it is a fact that many processes were altered in violation of the constitution and state laws.
