As the title says, which option should I get, both a new Ps2 and Orignal Xbox (used - like New because I don't think they're selling them at all) or a used - like New Playstation 3.

Imagine I'm going to spend 350 bucks the first year of gaming.

Thank you in advance.

Just cause 2, Grand theft auto 5, Sleeping dogs

Dishonored and Crysis aren't open world games.

This. But I'll add the Saint's Row games as well.

Good ones, agreed. I'll add the Assassin's Creed games~ specifically 2 and Black Flags.

@zjun: oh I hope not. I don't think anyone wants a repeat in gaming history where arcade titles that you can beat in one sitting that costed a fortunate (like 70+ dollars).

I'm with you, but it seems that's where we're heading.. 60 $ games is starting to be the norm -- which too many games don't even deserve that price.

In the coming years, gaming will be expensive. Prices on consoles, console games and accessories will not get better.

I never leave a game i have begun playing.

Even if i don't enjoy it i will play it to the end.

I pretty much never give up. Im mindfull of my purchases so most of the time the games I buy will be ones I like to play and finish.

I just got skyrim for dirt cheap and honestly that's going to be a challenge to finish. That's one game I probably never will finish.

I give a game a good 3-4 hours if it doesn't capture me in that time I shelf it I never sell but I'm pretty picky on games I buy to avoid these problems.

I usually try to finish up a game, no matter how good or bad it is. If it's especially bad, I usually quit about 3/4 of the way in, because there's no way the ending of a bad game could possibly redeem the rest of the experience. If it's absolutely putrid or if it just plain bores me (which is rare), I usually don't bother with playing it after the beginning.

A game really has to piss me off for me to stop playing it entirely. Boredom or lack of interest usually isn't enough for me to put a game down. I do lose some hope if a game doesn't pick up after the first couple of hours, but I definitely give it at least that before I'm just playing it just to get through it.

Agreed with all of these. I give it a few hours and I try my best to finish it unless the game is horrendous.

PC is superior, but if gaming is a social event for you and most of your friends will be playing on a PS4, I think you've already answered your own question. Just be prepared for the $50 annual PSN cost.

I'd say get a PC first and start saving up money for a PS4, because it'll take about a year before the next gen consoles start taking off.

THIS.

I'd say Ps4, but only a couple games justify the price. So these posts I agree with. ^^

There's something wrong with this question/answer. Look closely and think about how each option answers this particular question.

LOL. And I agree 100 %.
