DS9 is my favorite of anything Stars Trek or Wars.

Make it through the first season, and you're in for a world of greatness. It's also fun to see staff writer Ronald D. Moore take a dry run on concepts he would later explore in "Battlestar Galactica."

Luckily, I've experienced it only once. My credit card company contacted me to tell me someone in some country like Belarus -- I'm in Midwest USA -- had used my card to buy about $300 in lingerie. I told the card agent that while that wasn't me, I tipped my hat to whoever it was.

Is Trump's business acumen really one of the things you're wanting to hang your red MAGA cap on?

Why is Sony being brought up? Ballistic Moon is a work-for-hire studio that did work for hire for Sony, turned in their efforts and went on their way. It's not a PlayStation Studios studio.

4 seconds into the trailer. What logo do you see?

Right: a PlayStation logo. They did this game as a work-for-hire from Sony, but now that contract -- apart from whatever post-release bug-crunching is called for -- is fulfilled and ended.

Sounds fine with me. Then again, I've also long preached in favor of button combo or the like that you could input to skip directly to the end of an action encounter in a narrative action-adventure game (e.g. Uncharted, Tomb Raider 2013) and get you back to the story.

I'm a former fan.

Nothing they've done has measured up to "The Adventures of Cookies & Cream."

I'm just really curious to see how much the various manufacturers have to sell their machines for since they can't count on future game licensing fees subsidizing selling for a loss. Wonder how many people will bite on a $900 video game console.

Sony: Having a PR nightmare with PC basement dwellers regarding Helldivers 2. "Help me bro".

Xbox: "dont worry bro I got you". Proceeds to commit sudoku by killing multiple studios including highly rated tango gameworks, releases more games on PS5 than on own system for far in 2024.

Their days are numbered, 1-9.

Eh. Sounds like Crystal Dynamics finally realised what some people have already figured out more than a decade ago: Lara Croft is a villain protagonist.

Think about it: what does she do in these games? She stomps her way into a foreign developing country, smashes up the place, kills a bunch of people and wildlife, then steals their priceless artifacts and treasures only to hoard them away in her giant mansion her rich father left to her.

Maybe CD came to the same realisation, but just used an unnecessarily elaborate wording to describe it, to which I say just simplify your language, be specific and spit it out. "Whoops, turns out our protagonist is evil and completely psychotic all this time. We'll try to make her more conventionally heroic in the next game."

Either way, this is all vague with no specifics at this point, so I'll wait and see.

I mean, "Shadow of the Tomb Raider" couldn't have expressed that concept any louder if it had big flashing, neon lights.

Reminds me of viewers of "Dune, Part II" realizing that Paul was actually the bad guy.
