It should always be pointed out when someone links to one of these Forbes pieces that it's not actually Forbes saying it. These people billed as "Contributors" are basically free-lance bloggers, not actual Forbes employees/editors. As the text itself says:

Opinions expressed by Forbes Contributors are their own.

I saw no mention of the game in that "review". No descriptions on how it plays, how long it lasts, how it compares to similar titles; just flowery praise for a character that borders on creepy.

Who is it that constantly says games journalism is sh*t? Because they're right.

Also: Chaz, get better taste. The new Zelda is one of the ugliest designs they've done for her to date.

How it plays: 14th through the 17th paragraphs.

How long it lasts: 3rd and 4th paragraphs.

How it compares to similar titles: 8th and 9th paragraphs.

@ronvalencia: Nope. You're just grossly misinterpreting something. It's people like you who screw up statements and quote out of context.

Wrong, it's a standard corporate double speak bullshit.

Argument 1: "The main reason for this is that the Japanese market for Xbox One is not strong"

Argument 2: "It is not about whether one platform is better than the other."

For Argument 1, PS4 is better than XBO.

Argument 1 killed Argument 2 i.e. they compared the two platforms with XBO being inferior to PS4 then they turn around they are not comparing the two platforms. This is not rocket science.

Copying and pasting your original reply doesn't make it any more true. Argument 1 and Argument 2 are unrelated.

Argument 1 is about the market situation, which Saito is right about: the market for Xbox One games in Japan is basically non-existent. For a game that will have most of its sales in Japan — and for a developer with non-infinite resources — that is a major factor.

Argument 2 is, well, not really an argument. It doesn't matter if Console A is more powerful than Console B, or B is more advanced than A. Platinum isn't making this decision based on processor speed, FLOPS or any other technical factor; it's making it based on the fact that one console and the market for its games are dead in this game's "home market."
